Where will I find your banking details and what reference must I use?

Our banking details are contained on the Our Products drop down tab.  Simply click on Banking details and all of the relevant details are there.  Use your purchase order number or full name as the reference so we can quickly pick up your payment and match it to your purchase.

Do you deliver or must I collect my own insects?

Yes we deliver, door to door, using reliable courier services.  We do not ship through the Post Office and, unfortunately, do not accommodate collections from our premises as there are no "shelf" items, for the obvious reasons of the insects being fresh and alive.

How long does it take to send and receive my order?

Please refer to the Shipping tab under the Our Products drop down tab for arrival times as that depends on your area.  We ship the same day if your order and proof of payment are received before 13h00, as we understand the urgency and do everything we can to expedite your shipment.  Because we pack on the same day as dispatch, we cannot ship same day if the documents are received in the late afternoon as there is not enough time. In those cases, we will ship the following day.

Are the insects alive?

Yes!  We do not ship dead or frozen insects.

What sizes of insects do you have?

The Grey crickets are available in sizes - Pinhead, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and Adult.

The Black crickets are available in sizes - Pinhead, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and Adult.

The Red crickets are available only in Adult size and are also referred to as extra large.

The Roaches are available in sizes - Pinhead, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and Adult.

The Mealworms are available in sizes - Pinhead, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and Adult.

The superworms are available in sizes - Pin, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, Adult and Giant.

We also have mixed sizes available as sometimes customers prefer the wider choice.  These can be specially ordered by phone or email as there are too many variations to make it viable to add to the website.

Do you guarantee live arrival?

Under normal weather conditions, yes we do.  We do not, however, accept any liability whatsoever when the weather drops below 2 degrees celsius or increases above 30 degrees celsius anywhere while in transit, as these temperatures are extremes and are entirely at your own risk if you choose to request us to ship.  Also, should there be any problems in transit, which are rare, we will only consider a replacement, subject to our terms and conditions, if we are advised strictly within 24 hours from receipt of your order.

Do you own the courier company?

No.  The courier personnel are not our employees, but are independent contractors, so we are reliant on them to exercise due care in shipping and we have found their services to be very reliable in the past as they have worked with us for many years.
